Warranty Policy

Return, refund and repair

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It is your responsibility to inspect all of your items upon receipt of the shipment. Any mis-shipment claims, or damage claims must be reported within 2 days of receiving the shipment according to the tracking info.

Centenary Mods warranty covers workmanship and materials, including items arriving DOA, or malfunctioning. All products sold by Centenary Mods already go through a stringent secondary Quality Control service upon arrival of inventory to ensure products function exactly as they should, and are not missing any components. This secondary Quality Assurance minimizes any chances for warranty claims, and also ensures that you, the customer, receives a quality product that functions exactly to specification. Do realize, that rebuildable atomizers and mechanical mods are very simple devices, and 99% of the time, faults are simply due to user error. Please take some time to review videos on YouTube, or ask more experienced users in your area to show you proper usage if you are having trouble figuring out an issue. Alternatively, you may also contact us if you should have any questions or concerns.

Rebuildable atomizers and mechanical mods are ONLY RECOMMENDED FOR ADVANCED USERS! They are not basic plug & play devices, and a certain level of electro-mechanical understanding and dexterity is required to use these products.

Centenary Mods warranty does not cover (and is not limited to) the following:

  • User Error
  • Misuse
  • Mishandling
  • Improper pairing of devices
  • Damage
  • General Wear and Tear
  • Water Damage
  • Shock Damage

Products applicable for warranty service, will have replacement parts sent out, after the customer sends in a warranty request which includes the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Identity of the product incurring the problem
  • Description of the problem in detail
  • Indication of the specific faulty component
  • Photos, and if possible, a video of the fault.

If the customer cannot identify the exact faulty component, the customer may send the device in to Centenary Mods for diagnosis at the customer’s shipping expense. If a faulty component can be identified, it will be replaced under warranty (at Centenary Mods expense). Return shipping out of Europe will be at the cost of the customer.
