San Junipero is the memory of an endless summer in a city that never quite existed. A kind of nostalgia for moments and places we only imagined. Where the light turns orange at the end of the day, the nights stay warm, laughter comes carried in the distance, and the air, thick with salt, moves slowly in from the sea.
At its heart is Red Virginia from Malawi, bringing the warm glow of late afternoon, soft sweetness, and a deeper, slightly toasted character.
It is layered with Brazilian Mata Fina, green, smooth and fragrant, adding a lush tropical depth and the easy freshness of warm sea air.
Finally, Sumatra from Indonesia completes the blend with a dry, refined edge and a gentle spice, like the last breeze of the night before morning arrives.
The result is a bright yet mature mixture. Sweet without excess. Clean, smooth and quietly complex.
